Bakeshop local made with croissant dough that gets slathered with softened butter and spread evenly with cinnamon and brown sugar. Flipped over right out of the oven so all of the melted sugar pours over the top.

Almond Croissant

Bakeshop classic croissant is sliced open, brushed with house-made orange blossom vanilla bean syrup, and filled with frangipane. We spread more frangipane over the top and sprinkle it with sliced almonds before baking it again and topping it with plenty of powdered sugar. The result is a sweet and crisp outer layer with a nutty, custardy center.

Chocolate Croissant

Woodblock chocolate batons are rolled up into Bakeshop’s croissant dough, baked, and then sprinkled with powdered sugar. The chocolate is perfectly sweet and pairs perfectly with the croissant.

Butter Croissant

Bakeshop’s croissants are made with European style butter, Central Milling Co flour, and spelt flour. A classic pastry with flaky layers and a soft, tender inside!
